Basic birth package $600
Stillbirtheday package has a love donation option of $300
So I can offer free services for families experiencing loss I have a love donation fund set up to pay it forward. Family, friends, or anyone else can give a love donation anytime before or after the birth that will go toward the birth of the next family experiencing loss.
As your birth Doula I will meet with you 1 to 2 times as needed before the birth, after the initial interview.
I will be on call for the 2 weeks before your due date until you have your baby.
I will come to your home or labor place when you go into labor and would like me to be there. I will stay throughout your whole labor unless it is very prolonged then we may discuss the option of a back-up Doula to help.
I will stay for up to 2 hours after birth or until the mother is settled, cleaned up, fed and baby is nursing.
I will call 1 to 2 days after the birth to check in and see how the mother is doing.
I will visit at least 1 time 2-4 weeks after birth to check on the family.
1-60 min prenatal massage in my office.
Doula clients who sign paper work and pay the deposit fee will get $5 off every prenatal massage after the 1st one.

Mini childbirth basics class 4hrs during the 2 prenatal visits, good as a refresher or if you just do not have time for classes. 1-60 min Prenatal massage in my office, 1-60 min Postpartum massage in office bring baby with you for the basic infant massage class in office, or basic infant massage class at postpartum visit.

Full private childbirth class series 6 weeks 2 1/2 hrs for those who do not have time to take classes or unable to find one that fits their schedule. 1-60 min Prenatal massage in my office, 1-60 min Postpartum massage in office bring baby for the basic infant massage class in office, or basic infant massage class at postpartum visit.
A Doula is a childbirth professional who serves women by reducing discomfort and pain during labor with continuous support including massage, counter pressure, relaxation techniques, and education. This allows for a quicker recovery for both mother and child. I have expanded my prenatal massage and childbirth education training with Doula training that gives me added comfort techniques for labor including Spinning babies techniques for optimal fetal positioning, emotional support to help the mother and partner deal with unexpected situations in labor, and mother advocacy to help them create their optimal birth experience.
